Ordering Information:

How do I place an order and what are the payment options?

  • Ordering online: This is the fastest way to process you order. Simply add the products you like to the cart, apply your promotional code if you have one and pay by:

a. Credit card (We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa).

b. Paypal or Google checkout customers can click on the perspective button to pay using their account Paypal or Google account.

  • Ordering by mail: You can place an order by mailing a personal check, money order, cashier’s check (right now we can only accept checks from American banks) or credit card. Click here for our mailing address. Please include:
    • After adding products to the shopping cart print a copy
    • On a sheet of paper write down your contact information (Phone number, email address and shipping address)
    • If paying by credit card. In addition to your contact information. On a sheet of paper please provide:
      • Credit card billing address (where you receive the bill for that card if different then your the shipping address)
      • Type of credit card (Visa, Master Card, American express, or Discover)

Do you charge Sales Tax?
Orders shipping to destinations within the State of Oklahoma are subject to sales tax.

How do I cancel or change my order?
In order to offer fast delivery on our products we process orders as soon as we receive them. If for any reason you would like to cancel or make changes to an order, you may do so by contacting us within 24 hours from the time of ordering and we will do our best to stop or change orders that have not yet been processed. To cancel an order that has already been processed, it will be considered a return and our return policy will then apply.

Shipping Information:

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states, but because of the high requests we will be expanding our shipping area in the near future, so please check back later.

How do you ship?
We offer free shipping on most of our products. For small size items we use package delivery service and for large items and unless otherwise is specified we use curbside delivery. We also offer White Glove and Threshold delivery service on some products. YOU MUST INSPECT YOU ORDER BEFORE SIGNING FOR DELIVERY.

  1. Bronze Service(Curb Side Delivery): The trucking company will call to schedule delivery time. Usually, one driver will assist you in unloading the merchandise from the truck and place it at the curb (for commercial companies loading dock). It is not the driver's responsibility to bring product into house, garage, etc. Driver will not assist with unpacking, set-up or packing material removal.


  2. Silver Service(Threshold Delivery): The trucking company will call to schedule delivery time. Usually, one driver will assist you in unloading the merchandize from the truck and place it to closest location to your threshold. Threshold delivery will allow for protection from the weather elements. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring product into house and will not assist with unpacking, set-up or package removal.


  3. White Glove Gold Service: The trucking company will call to schedule delivery time. Usually, two drivers will deliver product through your threshold and place the product in area identified by you. They will carry the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold, remove product from packing material.


  4. White Glove Platinum Service: The trucking company will call to schedule delivery time. Usually, two drivers will deliver product through your threshold and place the product in area identified by you. They will carry the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold, remove product from packing material. Provide light assembly and remove all packing material from your home. We can not assemble bunk beds, loft beds and Ready-to-Assemble furniture, due to liability issues and the time required. We also do not install bathroom vanities.

How long is going to take before I receive my order?
We deliver most of our in stock products within 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery time on certain items. For special, out of stock and back orders please allow up to 6-12 weeks for delivery time.

What happens if I refuse an order?
If there was no damage to your order and you refuse it, it will then fall under our 14 day money back guarantee return policy.

Delivery Terms
We insure every product we ship. At time of delivery, buyers are responsible for the following delivery conditions:

  • The driver will require the customer to sign a physical inspection report and/or delivery receipt. It is critical that the customer note (in their own words) on the driver’s paperwork any damage to the box before they inspect the product and accept shipment.
  • If the box shows ANY SIGNS of carrier mishandling: hole(s), crushed corners, dents, worn tops, bottoms or edges, scraping, dirt etc., the customer must note the exact description of each carton on the physical inspection report and/or delivery receipt.
  • Once customer notes the condition of the box(s), they should inspect the product.
  • If upon further inspection the customer notices major or unacceptable levels of damage to the product, they can then sign the delivery receipt and/or physical inspection report "REFUSED DAMAGE", and give a detailed description of damage witnessed.
  • Customer must then email (contact@alcazarfurniture.com) or call Alcazar Furniture customer service (405-246-9260) within 24 hours to make us aware of the situation.

Alcazar Furniture Reserves The Right to repair to first quality or replace your damaged furniture. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check.

Return Policy:

How Do I return my order?

Return based on the 14 Day Money back guarantee:
We are so sure that you will like our furniture that we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product return it within 14 days of receipt. Although we offer free shipping on most of our products, in the case of a return you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs. Click here to request an RMA number.
Please note that we will not accept :

  • Products that are not in their original condition and packaging.
  • Products that have been assembled.
  • Returns of Special orders.
  • Returns that do not have an RMA number. Please mark your RMA number on the shipping label.

Once we email you an RMA number, Please ship the order back to the address we provide you within 10 days. Once we receive and accept the merchandize we will exchange or refund your credit card for the full amount minus shipping charges and any restocking fees.
